Friday 27 August
The Fellowship Assembles
gates open 6:00pm
✦Arrive from 6:00pm — pitch your tent in the Burrows and get your bearings
✦Welcome dinner in the Den at 7:30pm, potluck-style — bring a dish if you can
✦Settle in — find your bearings, find your people, get cosy
Saturday 28 August
The Main Quest — and Tom's Birthday ✦
✦Breakfast at camp
✦D&D — the questing tables run all day (roughly 10:00–18:00)
✦Archery sessions through the day
✦Fantasy photoshoot — cloaks, crowns and dramatic staring into the middle distance
✦The trinket exchange — hand out your small treasures to fellow adventurers
✦The evening feast & Tom's birthday moment — one long table in the Den, raised goblets
✦Other evening enchantments — to be revealed when the stars allow ✦
✦Campfire late into the night
Sunday 29 August
The Second Adventure
✦Breakfast at camp
✦D&D continues — the adventuring parties may collide in one grand finale
✦The Makers' Market — bring things you've made, trade them for treasures
✦Further adventures yet to be announced — the scrolls are still being written
✦The final campfire — stories, songs, and the last of the mead
Monday 30 August
The Long Rest
camp clears by 3:00pm
✦Slow breakfast of leftovers and tea
✦Pack down, tidy the campsite, return it to the woods
✦Staggered goodbyes — the camp must be clear by 3:00pm
